You’ll find delicious recipes for every day, including Brioche with Caramelized Peaches for the morning, Fig, Rosemary & Olive Pizza for lunchtime, Crunchy Chicken Bake for a weeknight supper, treats like Strawberry Shortcakes, breads such as Olive & Rosemary Focaccia, and desserts like Blueberry & Lime Cheesecake. You’ll also discover easy-to-follow recipes for mouthwatering showstoppers, including Beef Wellington and Chocolate Profiteroles.
All the recipes are gluten free and dairy free, with some vegan recipes, too. And they all have clear symbols showing whether the recipes are also nut free, seed free, soya free, egg free or vegetarian, as well.
I loved working on this book. During the summer I spent a week in the sunshine in my sister’s house in Somerset, updating the recipes and checking them all. I sat every day in her garden, looking out onto views of the stunning surroundings, loving going through so many favourites. I have wonderful memories of when I first made the recipes. And I hope that using these recipes, and eating the results, gives you just as much pleasure!
