I’m going to demonstrate how to make an gluten-free and dairy-free Aubergine & Chimichurri Tart, showing how to make gluten-free and dairy-free pastry really easily. If you’ve struggled to make an impressive-looking pie or tart before now, I’ll show you how simply it can be. And I’m using delicious, seasonal ingredients to make a tart with wonderful punchy flavours.
